Blur, the latest racing game from the team behind the Xbox's Project Gotham series, has copped a little flak for being like Mario Kart, only with real cars. Instead of deflecting that argument, this ad just runs with it. Sure, it does nothing to make me any more interested in picking up the game, but it does have me more interested in seeing more ads taking the piss out of other games. In celebration of PAC-MAN's 30th birthday, Google has resurrected the arcade classic for its home page. Users only need to click 'Insert Coin' or wait a few seconds for the ghoul-munching mayhem to begin. If you click the 'Insert Coin' button again, Ms. PAC-MAN magically appears so that you can play with a friend. (PAC-MAN is controlled with the mouse or arrow keys, while his lady moves with the WASD keys.) The game's only up for 48 hours, so be sure to hop over to Google for some tasty ghost meat. Too bad you're stuck with the original music, instead of 'Pac-Man Fever' or Aphex Twin's classic, delirious 'Pacman' remix as Power-pill.

Find out more about IndieGame: The Movie at - indiegamethemovie.com A perfect video about LBP2 that sums up everything about creativity in videogames --can't wait to play this! This MegaMan movie is a non-profit fan film. And whoever made it certainly loves MegaMan. But keep in mind it's 93 min long! But definately fun to watch. Give it a try! The frankly amazing LittleBigPlanet 2 may have been spread out across the internet this weekend thanks to subs issues, but there’s still plenty you haven’t seen. Look below. The just-released shots and art show off some of the game’s new features, such as programmable NPC Sackbots, a new Grappling Hook, the ability to make complete games and more. Known for its highly creative tools in a videogame, I can't wait to get a try on this new hit! In case you were unaware, games are everywhere these days. And we're not just talking about on your iPhone, or on Facebook, either. Everywhere you look, you're surrounded by some sort of game. As Carnegie-Mellon professor Jesse Schell pointed out in a lecture he gave back in February, everything from walking (geo-caching) to eating (Weight Watchers Points) to driving has become a game in one way or another. Even school has been turned into a 'World of Warcraft'-style quest for success. So, it only makes sense that someone would eventually create a game about, well, creating games. Liselore Goedhart, an artist from the Utrecht School of the Arts, has turned the act of brainstorming and designing games into a card game called Game Seeds. The cards contain different elements of character and game design, and the goal is to combine and "hack" them in unique ways to create a hero, a sidekick, and -- ultimately -- a complete narrative. The design of the cards is decidedly old school, and more than a tad on the adorable side. Check out a few more images, including the full-size version of the one above, here. Alright folks -- it's time for another live-action Halo short, this one for the upcoming Reach beta.
